They have successfully passed the Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Training Course Certificate of Competency regarding all forms of non-medical care to be rendered to our customers. They also have First Aid and CPR certifications. They are also informed regarding emergency procedures that may occur, whether it be medical or weather-related.
